Refund Policy 

Returns and Refunds: Refunds and Returns All return, replacement, and 'item not received' claims are reviewed by Graphic Transfer Services. Generally, due to product's nature, returns are not offered. However, we will reprint any order with printing or production errors attributable to Graphic Transfer Services. Just return unused transfers within 30 days of delivery for a replacement. The Carrier assumes responsibility for any loss or damage after shipment. Users must file claims with the Carrier for lost items; Graphic Transfer Services is not responsible for reshipping, refunding, or issuing credit in such cases.

All claims for returns, replacements, or items not received will be reviewed by Graphic Transfer Services.

Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, if there are printing or production errors that are Graphic Transfer Services’ responsibility, we will reprint your order at no cost. To receive a replacement, please return the unused transfers within 30 days of delivery.

Once items are shipped, the delivery carrier assumes responsibility for any loss or damage during transit. Customers must file claims directly with the carrier for lost items.

Graphic Transfer Services cannot provide replacements, refunds, or store credit for items lost or damaged during shipping.
